1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped for a full refund.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. Instead, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item.
- To cancel, please log in to your Eilme account or contact our customer support team with your order details.
2. Order Cancellation by Eilme
Eilme reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Pricing or product information was incorrect due to technical error.
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions detected.
- Delivery address is invalid or incomplete.
In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- If you cancel before shipment, your refund will be processed within:
- Mobile Banking / Card Payments: 5–10 working days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund issued via mobile banking or store credit
- If Eilme cancels the order, refunds will be issued automatically using the same method of payment.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed, including:
- Personalized or customized products
- Perishable items (e.g., food, medicine)
- Digital goods or gift cards
