Refund & Return Policy – Eilme Online Shopping

1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
📌 Certain products such as personal care items, cosmetics, undergarments, food items, digital products, and gift cards are not eligible for return/refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Process
- Submit a return request through your Eilme account or by contacting our customer service team.
- Provide clear details (order number, reason for return, and if possible, product images).
- Once approved, we will arrange a courier pickup or guide you to drop off the product.
- Our team will inspect the returned product before processing replacement or refund.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Refunds may be credited to your:
- Original payment method (bank card, mobile banking, etc.)
- Eilme wallet/store credit (if applicable)
- Processing Time:
- Mobile Banking / Card: 5–10 working days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund issued through mobile banking or store credit
4. Replacement Policy
- If you prefer, you may request a replacement instead of refund (subject to stock availability).
- If the same product is unavailable, you can choose a different item of equal value or request a full refund.
5. Order Cancellations
- Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped for a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, standard return policy applies.
6. Exceptions
Refunds/returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
