Refund & Return Policy – Eilme Online Shopping

At Eilme, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your purchases are protected. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.


1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  2. The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  3. The request is made within 7 days of delivery.


📌 Certain products such as personal care items, cosmetics, undergarments, food items, digital products, and gift cards are not eligible for return/refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request through your Eilme account or by contacting our customer service team.
  2. Provide clear details (order number, reason for return, and if possible, product images).
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a courier pickup or guide you to drop off the product.
  4. Our team will inspect the returned product before processing replacement or refund.


3. Refund Process

  1. Refunds will be issued once the returned item passes quality inspection.
  2. Refunds may be credited to your:
  3. Original payment method (bank card, mobile banking, etc.)
  4. Eilme wallet/store credit (if applicable)
  5. Processing Time:
  6. Mobile Banking / Card: 5–10 working days
  7. Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund issued through mobile banking or store credit


4. Replacement Policy

  1. If you prefer, you may request a replacement instead of refund (subject to stock availability).
  2. If the same product is unavailable, you can choose a different item of equal value or request a full refund.


5. Order Cancellations

  1. Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped for a full refund.
  2. If the order has already been shipped, standard return policy applies.


6. Exceptions

Refunds/returns will not be accepted if:

  1. The product is used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  2. Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
  3. The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
