Return Policy – Eilme Online Shopping

At Eilme, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product if:

1. The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
2. The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
3. The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

📌 Non-Returnable Items:

1. Personal care & hygiene products (cosmetics, skincare, perfumes, etc.)
2. Undergarments, socks, and intimate wear
3. Perishable goods (food, medicine, groceries)
4. Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable items

2. Return Process

1. Go to your Eilme account or contact our customer service to submit a return request.
2. Provide order details, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
3. Once approved, Eilme will arrange a courier pickup or provide instructions for return drop-off.
4. The returned product will be inspected by our quality assurance team before approval.

3. Condition of Returned Products

1. Items must be in original, resaleable condition.
2. Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing accessories will not be accepted.
3. The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

4. Outcome of Return

1. If approved, you can choose between:
2. Replacement (subject to stock availability), or
3. Refund as per Eilme’s Refund Policy.
4. If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your cost.

5. Timeline

1. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Quality check & approval may take 2–3 working days after we receive the item.
